Wychall Primary School

Safe, Secure and Successful

Skip2Bfit has been in school!

On the 8th May 2019 ,Skip2bfit visited Wychall to promote skipping as part of an intervention for school improvement for Physical Activity.

Skipping can develop the fundamentals of all sport by enhancing balance, timing and footwork and it's a great skill to learn in a fun way!

All classes have started the 6 week challenge of a 2 minute skip each week and each week each child will try and beat their own previous score.

The staff members are also taking part in this challenge alongside some of our parents and with their children, coming into school at 8.30 each Tuesday to try and beat their score and the 'top teacher!'
